Sorry for the delay in update. Miu and Co. are heading to Furry Fiesta down in Dallas next weekend so there's been lots going on.
On the IGG and Kickstarter end, all merch for the rewards are now at Backerkit (except the print version of Jam's Talent Show, which is not yet 100% complete; the sticker packs also aren't there yet but they're on their way). However, there's a small snag in the process as I made the mistake of not tagging the autographed books separately from the non-autographed books. As of right now the stock we have there is the autographed material with the non-autographed stuff packed and ready to ship out when that stock gets depleted, but the folks near the beginning of the response line who are slated to receive autographed books...a lot of them have the print version of Jam's Talent Show as part of their orders. The shipping system doesn't allow for split orders, so we can't ship most of the order and then Talent Show at a later date...it all has to ship together as a filled order, or it won't ship.
Also, as a side note, the system isn't allowing me to combine orders across different campaigns. I tried to look into it but it can't. Sorry to those who asked about it. I had been holding those orders to try to get them to work but they'll just be going out individually. As of right now that's the last seven that have to ship for the Rio Kickstarter!*
So my current plan is to get the Jam's Talent Show done and printed as soon as Miu gets back from Furry Fiesta and can finish it up, and then be able to distribute the signed books to the early responders as I had originally intended. As of now I want to say it's less than a week or two from completion as Miu was attempting to get it done in time to show up for Furry Fiesta. However, if Jam's Talent Show is still not completed and off to press by April 1, I'll instead switch to queuing up physical orders that do not have Jam's Talent Show in them. While I would have liked to get the autographed books to the folks who answered first, I'd also just like to get the books and other rewards out to folks who have been waiting to get them. We have other crowdfunders planned but we decided not to start them up until these were completed first.

I'll keep this brief but wanted to give everyone a heads-up on where things are. Got back from winter travel and ended up being laid out for what felt like forever. Multiple crying babies on a plane are nobody's favorite long-distance airplane companion! ><
Rio: Sorry things have been a bit slow. Learning a new system is never as smooth as you think it's gonna be. At this point, I think all but a handful of international people have been shipped out. Big thanks to Fulfillrite for their speedy shipping!
If there's a problem with items in your Rio order, send a PM with preference for return or exchange. Missing items and exchanges will be processed and in the mail after all the Ask Jam merch gets labeled and shipped to Fulfillrite.
Ask Jam: Been packing random items into little baggies and printing SKU stickers...the most tedious part of the process, and one we hope to reduce/eliminate in future crowdfunding projects. Currently transferring SKUs into Fulfillrite's database and shipping various pledge items to Fulfillrite's shipping house. Still have more to pack up and ship out but am hoping to start transferring orders to Fulfillrite in the next week or two, and shipped out once all the merch arrives at their place.
I will be going through the [email protected] email to check for addresses that need to be updated before the orders ship out.
Jam's Talent Show and the Rio comic are currently still in-progress, I do not have more news on either digital reward at this time. I will update here when I know more!
Hoping to have at least all the physical rewards completely shipped out by the end of the month, but if needed, future updates will be on the first of the month (unless major news comes sooner). Very tricky to hit the balance between "not enough updates" and "too spammy," ha.
Thanks for bearing with us while we iron the bumps out of integrating with this new system. We have a lot of fun things planned!

Hello all!
As mentioned on the Rio Kickstarter recently, due to the sheer volume of orders, a couple people doing shipping while trying to continue day jobs just became too overwhelming. The amount of support we've seen for these projects was awesome! And also...somewhat more intimidating than we'd planned for. <XD
So! What this means for the Ask Jam Indiegogo is that all the inventory of books and swag and stuff will be heading over to Fulfillrite, a company that (as the name might suggest) is solely focused on professional, fast order fulfillment. Fulfillrite is partnered with Backerkit, so orders that come through there can be efficiently processed and shipped very quickly! If all goes well, we plan to use their services for future crowdfunders as well, so we can focus our effort and time on MAKING the cool stuff, instead of packing and shipping it.
Jam's Talent Show is in progress! Miu's illustrations of the...ahem, talents are nearly done, and he's starting work on the comic portion of the folio, with a 'talented' special guest star slated to appear. :D More news on the digital folios as I have it.
I will be out of town from Dec 20-Jan 20 so getting as much as possible done for the item labeling before I leave. With Fulfillrite helping, I'm hoping we can be done with all the shipping for both crowdfunders by the end of February or earlier....because of course we've already got new projects that we hope will be amazing, but we won't launch anything new until EVERYONE gets their stuff!

Also, folks, Jam's Talent Show has not been forgotten and has not been sent out. It is NOT FINISHED YET. When Miu turns in the finished comic, I will be able to send notices to everyone who will be receiving it, and I will update here as well. If I do not announce here that it is being sent out, it's still not ready. Only the wallpaper megapack and the book PDFs have been sent at this time.

The digital download instructions for the three main books should be sent out now, for all of you who have answered your surveys. They will be available for download between now and December 1. The bonus downloads will be up next.
